Hi, You could try and set the *includeZeroImpressions* to *true* in the HTTP header <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#prepare-the-http-post-request> of the report request and see if the issue is resolved. Only campaigns that have non-zero impressions are returned by default in the Campaign Performance Report.
