Hi Karl, You could consider setting up conversion tracking <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking> on your website. If this is not an option, you *have *to wait the required amount of time for the information to propagate in the system when you import conversions. Once the UploadConversion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201605/ConversionTrackerService.UploadConversion> object is created, it is recommended <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/importing-conversions#tips> that you wait 6 hrs before you upload the conversions.
