Well I'm glad I was able to be such help! You can get all the accounts 
under your manager account by first setting your clientCustomerId in your 
auth.ini 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#get_an_oauth2_refresh_token_and_configure_your_client>
 file. 
Once you do that, you can run the file GetAccountHierarchy.php 
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201605/AccountManagement/GetAccountHierarchy.php>
