Hi Kostya, I'm afraid the AdWords API cannot be used to get billing related information. You would need to login to the AdWords account to get all billing information. If you are looking to get invalid click data, you could use the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> or Account Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report> to get InvalidClicks <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#invalidclicks> and InvalidClickRate <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#invalidclickrate> .
