Hi Gita, I see that you are trying to add a filter. Instead, you can add a custom column, select "Conversions" from the drop down and select "All Conv".
You can also add the AllConversions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#allconversions> field in your query. Hope this helps.
