Hi Jennifer, How are you getting this data? Is it through reporting? If so, then you should still be able to get this data even with read only access. You can see more in this guide on access levels <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704346?hl=en>.
Could you please provide me with the MCC and client account Id that you are using to get the conversions, along with any SOAP logs or report definitions that were used?
