I'm not sure whether or not to expect these fields to be returned when 
querying against the API. The language '' implies they wouldn't be returned 
but then in the small print the documentation also says 'This field is read 
only and will be ignored when sent to the API for the following Operators: 
REMOVE and SET.' implying that the field can be read.

I've noticed this on several fields but here's an example of one that has 
it: 
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201605/AdGroupAdService.ImageAd#adToCopyImageFrom
