Hi Natarajan, To access a third party's AdWords account data, you need two things: a developer token and valid OAuth2 credentials. You can use a valid developer token (with basic access) to target *any* production AdWords account, by using the OAuth2 credentials of the targeted account (or the manager account of the targeted account).
To proceed you should do the following: 1. Ask the third party account owner to grant you access to their AdWords account on a *new *email address using the instructions provided here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6372672>. This email address should *not* be associated with any AdWords account. 2. Once they have granted you access, you should use that email address to create OAuth credentials as described here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#set_up_oauth2_authentication> . 3. Now that you have the OAuth credentials of the targeted account and your developer token (with basic access), you can use these to make requests against the targeted client account. Hope this helps!
