Hi Akhil, I can see that you faced similar timeout issues earlier when you tried to generate the refresh token. Were you able to successfully generate the refresh token by following this guide <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/wiki/API-access-using-own-credentials-(installed-application-flow)#step-2---setting-up-the-client-library>? Could you briefly describe the steps you followed?
Timeout issues are usually transitional and tend to go away after a few retries. If you are still facing issues, could you please share the SOAP XML request and response logs for this API call?
