If you are using the AdWords API PHP client library, you have to use the command line; i.e. the examples won't work in the web browser. If you are still facing issues, could you please provide me with the SOAP XML request and response logs for the API call? You can enable logging in you project by following the guide under the section "Configuring logging" on this page <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib>.
