Hi, In order to use the AdWords API you will first need to sign up for an AdWords account. Please see our step by step guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/signup> for the sign up process. Once you finish the guide, you can start making api calls <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call> by creating a test account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#create_test_accounts> , downloading the client libraries <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#get_a_client_library> for the language you prefer and setting up the credentials <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#set_up_oauth2_authentication>. Once your developer token has been approved, you may then be able to make calls using not just your test accounts but also your production accounts.
