The UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR> is a common error that typically happens when there are some issues with the AdWords API server.
Sometimes, there are other issues that may cause this error to be reoccurring, so I was asking for your logs to make sure this was not the case.
