Hi Mounica, The user list size would be shown as zero until the list has at least 1,000 email addresses. Beyond that point, list size would be rounded off to the two most significant digits. I would suggest waiting up to 24 hours after adding emails to the list to begin re-marketing to that list. Also, while uploading the list, if you receive an error in the logs / console, that would mean the upload operation (with the added email addresses) has failed. If not, it's safe to assume that the upload operation was successful.
