Hi Anna, This error is usually temporary and tends to go away after a few retries. The problem generally occurs if there's an issue in the network layer (i.e. with you internet service provider).
If you are still facing issues after a few retries, please provide the complete SOAP XML request and response logs and I'll try to look into the issue for you.
