Hi Shay, Although you might observe such values in the data retrieved via the AdWords API, this issue looks related to AdWords in general i.e you would see the same values via the AdWords web interface. I would recommend opening a new issue in the AdWords Community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords>. AdWords Team should be better able to help you with your issue.
