Hi Raghu, I am not aware of any 21609 (or 201609) version of the AdWords API. Currently the latest version is the v201607 <https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2016/07/announcing-v201607-of-adwords-api.html>. In that link, it is also mentioned that *the QualityScore value* of the Keywords Performance <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#qualityscore> and Criteria Performance <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#qualityscore> reports had been changed and *will have two dashes (--)* when there aren't enough impressions or clicks to accurately determine its score.
Could you also provide more information (screenshot or documentation link) as to which 3 fields you mentioned are having the "Not Applicable" value?
