Hi Kevin, I'm afraid TargetingIdeaService is not available in AdWords Scripts. You would need to sign up <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/signup> for API access and set up your client environment <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call> to be able to use TargetingIdeaService in AdWords API. Alternately, you can use Keyword Planner <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2999770> in the AdWords UI to achieve similar results.
