Actually, the tracking template we are trying to use is done from the user interface when trying to edit an Ad. See screenshot below: <https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-8aIwRxfE4Ag/V8l1Vg_NbGI/AAAAAAAABlI/IoBguWAXbKA81n7CBT9XDT-IGw0-rbXkACLcB/s1600/gad.png> As you can see, I'm using the tracking template URL something like: http://www.example.com/?url={lpurl}&cid={campaignid}&gid={adgroupid}&adid={creative} All the parameters get replaced with the right values, except {creative} gets replaced by 0. It should get replaced by the Ad ID, right?
