Hello, TrueView ads <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375464?hl=en> have different video ad formats, TrueView in-stream video ads and TrueView video discovery ads. You may use the TemplateAd <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/templateads> of AdWords API to create them. Additionally, device targeting <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704368?hl=en> allows you to show ads to the right people across all devices, based on specific location, time of day, and device type. This is implemented as Platform <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/targetingtypes#device_types> in AdWords API.
