Hi Lily, You can update an ExpressionRuleUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/AdwordsUserListService.ExpressionRuleUserList> using a SET operation through AdwordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/AdwordsUserListService#mutate>. You need to pass an ExpressionUserList with the updated list of rule item groups to the mutate method of this service to update an ExpressionRuleUserList. If you encounter any errors during this operation, please provide the complete SOAP XML request and response logs so I can take a look at what's going wrong.
