Hi Justinas, Although v201607 version allows you to create Expanded Text Ads in production accounts, same functionality was available in the previous version (v201605) too. Only that you could not use the v201605 expanded text ads on production accounts until the release of v201607. As a side note, although v201605 has the required functionality, it is already deprecated <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/sunset-dates>. I would recommend moving to v201607 at your earliest convenience.
