Dear AdWords Team, We observed different values returned in column qualityScore in KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT: in one example account for v201605 we get 16 keywords, all with attribute hasQualityScore='true' and all keywords has some meaningful qualityScore, while for v201607 we get all 16 keywords with hasQualityScore='false' and qalityScore='--'.
