I'm afraid I can't think of any alternative other than trying to correlate this report with Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> to find out if the search terms in the Search Query Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report> are added or excluded in your campaigns. Please keep an eye on our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any announcements about this feature.
