Hi Aroma, The IsNegative <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#isnegative> field indicates if the given keyword is negative <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2453972> or not. To include removed keywords in the report, you need to add a predicate (Status <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#status> IN [ENABLED,PAUSED,REMOVED]) to the report definition as suggested in this post <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/adwords-api/VbXO-S0HV8w/_cvNPTGPAwAJ>.
