Hi, To create an audience list that captures everyone who visited a website, you need to create an ExpressionRuleUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdwordsUserListService.ExpressionRuleUserList>, as shown here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#visitors_to_your_website>. To add this audience to a campaign, you would need to add a CampaignCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/CampaignCriterionService.CampaignCriterion> of type CriterionUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/CampaignCriterionService.CriterionUserList>, similar to how you have created an AdGroupCriterion in your code above.
