Hi Deepa, Unfortunately, when using the BudgetOrderService in the API, these fields are not available. However, you can get the endDateTime <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201607/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#enddatetime> which is a good indication of whether or not the budget has ended.
