Goal: Need to get ALL statistic from
Adwords('reportType':'CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT') for ALL campaigns for
ALL adwords client account.
Question: Can I get statistic for ALL campaigns for ALL adwords client
account in ONE request? (Right now I can do it for one request for one
account).
