Hi Cindy, My apologies for the delayed response. Yes, the sharing of remarketing lists between AdWords API and Google Analytics are not supported. You can however, link your AdWords API and Google Analytics accounts and use their separate existing remarketing lists to create a combination of these lists <https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2611291> that you can then use to create a campaign.
