Hello Ashok, All ad-related performance data can be found when you generate the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report>. For example, if the ad should be serving on Google Search, then you may use the filter AdNetworkType=SEARCH. The ads that are serving should be returned in this report and there are available useful information to monitor their performance. Hope this helps.
