Hey there, on the limits page of the API documentation there's a section about "Labels" (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/limits#label). >From the description of the two limits, I would assume they are specific to AccountLabels (even though the links in the "Error" column send you to the LabelService and not the AccountLabelService).
Seeing as there is no other mention of Labels on the page, I wonder what the actual limits for non-account labels are, especially whether there is a maximum number of entities (campaigns, ad groups etc.) to which you can link a single label.
