Hi Roger, Video Campaigns <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/campaigns-overview#differences_from_the_adwords_ui> are only supported in AdWords API Reports <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports> at the moment. You'll not be able to use other API services, like CampaignService or AdGroupService to retrieve or manage your Video Campaigns. Please keep an eye on our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates or announcements about this feature.
