While creating budget on adwords, I'm getting the following error.

I'm taking the budget from user in cents and then multiplying it by 10000L
to convert in micros. Currently is user gives amount : 144231, I'm
successfully create this shared budget on account having currency in INR.
However I'm getting error in case same budget object is created on account
having currency in VND.
