Could you confirm as well if you have updated to our latest client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#get_a_client_library> and used one of our examples <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/ruby/reporting> (other languages are also available in the link) in generating reports? If yes, then you should be able to successfully generate your report. Additionally, you might also find our reporting guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting> helpful.
