Hello, Unfortunately, API services such as the CampaignService currently do not support video campaigns <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/campaigns-overview#differences_from_the_adwords_ui>. However, you can run reports such as the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> or Video Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/video-performance-report> to get stats on these campaigns.
