Hi, I want to extract Reach & Frequency for all the campaigns under an account from adwords API. I can see under the campaign performance report of V201609 ImpressionReach is available. But when I try to use it to extract with the date range as ALL time, I get the error INVALID_FIELD_NAME_FOR_REPORT.
