Hi Mike,

Your may experience these errors if your ad violates any of the Google 
AdWords policies 
<https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6021546#048>. For example, 
I can see that you used a punctuation mark in the description, which should 
not be a problem unless you used the punctuation mark twice in the same ad. 
Since the isExemtable flag is set to true, you can submit a policy 
exemption request via the API. They can refer to this document 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/exemption-requests> for 
more details.
