Hi Nabeelah, Could you confirm if you wish to get all campaigns in an MCC account? If yes, then unfortunately, you would have to make a separate API call for each client account to get its campaigns and details.
Additionally, the field "Unique Viewers (cookies)" is currently not supported in AdWords API. What is currently available is the field ImpressionReach <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#impressionreach> in Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> which is the "Unique Cookies". Generating a report in MCC level is also not supported. You would have to make a separate report request for each client account.
