I compare number of unknown gclids (cannot get details about campaign) in
Google Analytics BigQuery data and in ClickPerformanceReport and found that
AdWords doesn't export a lot of gclids in this report.
Proportion is about 1/5.
Why AdWords doesn't return so many gclids in click performance report, but
show this in GA?
Do you plan to change it in future?

Query for getting number of unknown gclids from BQ data:

select date, count(1) as sessions
FROM `XXXX.ga_sessions_20161*`
where trafficSource.adwordsClickInfo.gclId is not null
and trafficSource.adwordsClickInfo.customerId is null
group by date order by date
