Hi, Ad Performance Report doesn't yet provide the MediaIds associated with ads which are of type TEMPLATE_AD. The IDs of the logo image and marketing image used in ResponsiveDisplayAd are available through the EnhancedDisplayCreativeLogoImageMediaId and EnhancedDisplayCreativeMarketingImageMediaId fields respectively.
I'll go ahead and file a request for the MediaIds of Display Ads to be included in the Ad Performance Report. In the meantime, you need to use AdGroupAdService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupAdService> to retrieve these details for template ads.
