Hi Yuval, GOOGLE_PLAY as the ExternalConversionSource <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#externalconversionsource> signifies that your conversion originated on the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, there is no other way to retrieve a conversion source of an ad currently.
