Hi Mathieu, Although there is no way to determine whether a campaign is limited by budget through the API, you can use the ServingStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#servingstatus> to get campaigns with eligible statuses. If you would like to filter out paused campaigns, you can add a predicate to return only campaigns where CampaignStatus = ENABLED <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#campaignstatus> .
