Hi Sylvain, When you encounter policy violation errors, you need to check the failed operation to determine if this violation is exemptable <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupAdService.PolicyViolationError#isexemptable>. If it is exemptable, you need to submit the operation by including the exemption requests as described here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/exemption-requests#update_the_operations_with_exemption_requests> and the operation will be successful and this ad will be pending review. The HandlePolicyViolationError <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201609/errorhandling/HandlePolicyViolationError.java> Java example demonstrates how to work with policy violation errors.
