Hi, Unfortunately, the '% spent' is not exposed via API. As a workaround, you could try to use the AccountPerformance <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report> report and extract the cost <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report#cost> which could be post processed to derive the % spent for the given time duration and the total budget.
