Hi Shany, The AdParam's insertionText <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdParamService.AdParam#insertionText> should keep the update you made until you once again use the SET operator and pass it to a mutate operation of the AdParamService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdParamService> to change its value. You may also refer to our Ad Parameters guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-parameters> for more details.
