You could try to use the Placeholder Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report> with ExtensionPlaceholderType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report#extensionplaceholdertype> as the feed placeholder type available here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders#dynamic_remarketing> for dynamic remarketing. However, this report does not contain the feeds and feed items <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/dynamic-remarketing#reporting>. You may include the field AdGroupId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report#adgroupid> in the query.
