Hi, It looks like you are attempting to update the removed ads. My suggestion is to use the AdGroupAdService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupAdService#get> service and get the Ad Id's that have 'DISABLED' status. Then exclude these Ads in your update operation.
