Hi Naresh, The v201603 of the AdWords API has already been sunset. I would strongly recommend that you migrate to our latest version (v201609) <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201609> to avoid the error you have encountered. You may also refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/> for more information on the versions that came after v201603. I hope this helps.
