Hi, The snippet field containing the "conversion label" is currently not supported in any of the reports in the AdWords API. Although there is no definite information whether it will be available anytime soon, you may, in the meantime, follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any future updates or announcements.
