Hi Camilla, Could you provide your clientCustomerId so I can take a look? Have you set the includeZeroImpressions header <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#request_headers> to true? If this header is omitted or is set to false, zero impression rows are not returned in the report response. Could you also provide the report definition you are using to download the Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report>?
