Hi, The Search Query Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report#creativeid> contains the CreativeId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report#creativeid> field which is the ID of the Ad which was shown for the corresponding search term. You can retrieve the Ad Ids from this report and retrieve the headline <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#headline> of these ads from the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#id>. I'm afraid you'll not be able to retrieve both these fields in a single report.
